• Matoi Ginza: incredible high-end steak house. Small, counter-only space with great service. Had great wagyu here but also had the most amazing sparkling mineral water too.

• Jintoku Hamburger Steak: an understated casual spot with delicious japanese hamburger. Walk-in spot in Ginza.
• Kobe Beef Steak: my most recommended place in Japan. Perfectly cooked steak in the Gion area of Kyoto. Every piece of food throughout the whole course was perfectly cooked.
